Decorating Schedule
Thank you so much for being willing to help us decorate for this event. As you may know, it requires many hands to make this happen each year, and we appreciate your willingness to help.
To help us know when to expect all the decorators, we would like you to fill out the form below to tell us when you will be present. It is not meant to obligate you to any hours. If your availability changes, please come back and fill this out again.
Available hours for decorating are as follows:
Monday, November 28, 2022, 8am-6pm
Tuesday, November 29, 2022, 8am-9pm
Wednesday, November 30, 2022, 8am-9pm
Please note that registered nativities will not be available until Tuesday, and will continue to come in until 6pm that evening. You will need to ensure that ALL registered nativities are put out for display.
